Shalewa, known to her patients as Shelly, became a member of the IHMG team in 2017, and is a part of the CLARITY and SNFist service lines. She has worked as an Advanced Practice Nurse since 2007. Shalewa graduated from Purdue University Calumet and is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She started her practice in a Primary Care setting and later transitioned to providing care to clients in Post-Acute Care/ Skilled facilities, collaborating to decrease hospital re-admission. Shalewa continues to be committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care throughout all the stages of life.

Nicole joined the IHMG team in February of 2018 and works in all of the service lines. She has extensive experience in health care, including working in the Intensive Care Unit at a local hospital, plus working as a nurse for Hospice to name a few. She received her Critical Care certification in 2017 and received her Masters of Science degree in Nursing from Northern Illinois University.

Annie has been working with IHMG in the ATLAS service line since 2016. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Aurora University and has a diverse range of experience from newborn care to geriatrics as a nurse for 19 years. She graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing degree in 2016 from Olivet Nazarene University. She is board-certified in Family Practice through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Anna is also a Certified Health Coach and is committed to serving her community on health education and disease prevention.

Amy became a part of IHMG in 2012. She is a part of the ATLAS service line. Amy earned her undergraduate degree from Luther College. She then worked in acute care nursing for over 20 years. This includes experience in emergency and trauma care. She went on to get her Master of Science in Nursing degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is also a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

Lori started with IHMG in the ATLAS program in late 2018 after a diverse career including eight years experience in EDs and ICUs, twelve as a flight nurse and five in nursing education. Lori holds an MSN from Liberty University as well as DNP through Saint Anthony College of Nursing. Lori’s academic credits include quality of life improvement studies such as Most Effective Exercise for Optimal Health in Adults.

Molly has been with IHMG in the ABODE service line since 2015. She began her nursing career in 1995 when she graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. She has experience in medical, oncology, trauma and intensive care, and hospice nursing. In 2015, she graduated with honors from the University of Illinois at Chicago, earning a Master of Science degree. She is board-certified as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurse Credentialing Center. She takes pride in the care she provides to her patients and their families, especially those who have chronic medical conditions that prevent them from leaving their homes for routine medical care. Molly guides her care and treatment using evidenced based practice guidelines to provide the most relevant and appropriate treatments to her patients. She has special interests in geriatrics, dementia, and end-of-life care.

Nicole became a part of the IHMG team in 2017 and works in the CLARITY service line. Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 2003 and her Master of Science in Nursing degree in 2015. She is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is also certified in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support by the American Heart Association, Stroke certified by the National Stroke Association and in critical care by the American Association of Critical Care Nurses. She is bilingual in English and Spanish. Nicole has previous experience in critical care, and was a rapid response and code blue team member. She is a recipient of the Sister Mary Linus Nowak Nursing Research Award. She has special interests in vulnerable populations health, critical care, geriatrics and aromatherapy.

Jody joined IHMG in 2016 and currently works in ABODE and SNFist service lines. She began her nursing career at Rock Valley College, graduating in 2010 as a Registered Nurse. Jody then moved on to Chamberlain College of Nursing and graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. In 2016, she graduated from Chamberlain College of Nursing with a Master of Science-Family Nurse Practitioner degree. Jody is credentialed through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Megan works in the COMPASS, ABODE and ATLAS service lines and has been with IHMG since 2012. She earned her undergraduate degree from Rock Valley College and Olivet Nazarene University. She has worked in trauma/emergency, immediate care and several other departments as a nurse for over 20 years in the Rockford area. She went on to get her Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

Dani has been with IHMG since 2015 and works with Swedish American Hospital. She graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing degree in 2012 from University of Illinois at Chicago. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She holds certification in Advanced Practice Cardiometabolic Nursing. Dani specialized in the management of cardiac patients with experience in both acute and chronic cardiac conditions as well as chronic diseases. She takes pride in providing clinically competent care, treatment plans and education of disease processes to both her patients and their families. She is trained to provide full primary care, laboratory and diagnostic testing, and prescribe appropriate medications based on disease states.

In 2005, she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from University Illinois in Psychology and would go on to get her Bachelor’s in Biology degree from Illinois State University. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mennonite College of Nursing’s accelerated program in 2008. She worked as a hospital nurse in neuro specialty care and progressive care units. In 2014, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing degree at Mennonite College of Nursing and is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She specializes in providing medical management for patients in sub-acute rehab, long term care and assisted living facilities.

Beth is certified with the American Heart Association in the Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Program. Her specialties include post-operative care to patients who have undergone cardiovascular surgery as well as geriatrics. She is trained to provide full primary care, order laboratory and diagnostic testing, and prescribe appropriate medications based on disease status.

Liz has been with IHMG since 2011. She is a part of the COMPASS program. Liz did her undergraduate work at Miami University of Ohio. She obtained her Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Massachusetts. Liz has worked in bone marrow transplant and as a hospitalist. She has clinical interests in geriatrics and the management of chronic diseases.

Judy has been with IHMG since 2016. She comes to IHMG with 36 years of clinical experience and spent the last 11 years as a Family Nurse Practitioner in settings such as Emergency Medicine, Primary Care, Occupational Health Medicine, Clinical Service Manager, and most recently in SNFist. Judy is currently a part of the ATLAS and CLARITY service lines at IHMG. Judy completed her Associates Degree in Nursing at Truman College of Nursing in 1980, Bachelor of Science in Nursing at St. Xavier’s University in 2003, Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Northern Illinois University in 2005, and most recently in 2015, her Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree through St. Francis Medical Center College of Nursing.

Stacy Ghiglieri joined IHMG in 2022 as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
She brings over 17 years of experience as an RN/FNP. Stacy spent much of
her career, 12 years, as an RN working in open heart surgery, prior to
that, she spent three years in patient care working with critical care
patients.
Stacy graduated with distinction in 2021 with a Master’s degree in Nursing
from OSF Saint Francis College of Nursing. After graduation, she worked
alongside a plastic surgeon serving patients with breast and skin cancers.
Stacy’s passion for her work at IHMG stems from her ability to provide
compassionate care. She will spend time with your loved ones and hopes to
be a familiar face they can look forward to seeing. Stacy understands the
importance of reducing the stressors that come with older age and looks
forward to helping take the stress off both you and your loved ones.
When Stacy is not caring for her patients, she enjoys living life to the
fullest and spending time outdoors with her husband and four daughters.
